About Trailmerge

We're a UX-centered recruiting agency that believes in promoting an abundance of life and opportunity for passionate designers.

About Our Client

Our client grew out of the vision to transform the way schools raise funds. They’ve disrupted the industry and raised 400 million for schools through a fitness-based fundraising campaign. However, they feel like they’re just getting started as they continue to grow quickly and innovate around how they can best serve schools. As Covid has dramatically impacted the education space, they know schools need more support than ever. Their big audacious goal is to raise $1 billion in the next 5 years through enhancing and scaling their core products and developing new products for current and future markets. They have a unique value proposition of service, software, content, and logistics, but the most remarked thing about their business is the culture. They strive to become virtuous leaders. Their passion is to create environments that foster the leadership and development of their team to change the world.

About the Role

Software has changed the way our client does business. They started as an event service company; however, their technology is now core to their value proposition and a key enabler of their growth. They need an experienced UX leader who will establish the UX function on their team to make their product significantly more usable and collaborate on product development teams to deliver value. Their success is dependent on developing product design as a core competency. They believe that it will differentiate their product, improve the lives of their customers, and help schools raise more funds. In addition, they are excited about expanding into new market segments, improving campaign results through innovative ideas and experimentation, and launching new products. This role is critical to their product vision to inspire and facilitate radical generosity.
