Their team is rapidly growing, distributed, and is building state-of-the-art products supported by a truly big data platform that processes trillions(!!) of records per day, helping companies to make sense of their networks, relying on infinite granularity, automated insights, and insanely fast search to answer key business questions. About The Role

Our client is rapidly expanding its product offerings and seeks an experienced designer to join their nascent user experience and design team. The client believes that an intuitive and consistent customer experience is central to its success. Our client's design team emphasizes a high level of collaboration and the ability to bring focus to an overarching end-user experience within a Product Led Growth (PLG) model.

What to Expect

  • Daily collaboration and fostering relationships with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Take ownership over the design process through gathering requirements and feedback, designing, to guiding the implementation
  • Advocate for, and teach other team members and stakeholders about the design thinking approach
  • Own the outcome, measure impact, and continuously improve the quality of our client's platform experienced by customers
  • Contribute to constant improvement in UX processes


You may be a good fit if you have

  • An online portfolio demonstrating your best work with fluency in user-centered design methods, storytelling, data visualization, and interaction design
  • Proven track record of shipping successful B2B solutions in a complex product space
  • Ability to sort out complex problems through design thinking and systems approach
  • Experience executing a cross-functional UX strategy, especially in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams Ability to reach out, dissolve boundaries for cross-functional collaboration and UX strategy
  • Understanding of UI engineering concepts and design-related tradeoffs therein
  • Experience working with and developing design systems that adhere to modern usability standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, largely autonomous environment
  • Experience with Figma and/or production code (Node.js, React) is a plus
  • Approach problems with positive energy
